What do I do with six poblanos, six wax peppers and one cubanelle?

Do you ever cook with these? What do you make?

  4. Oh, I can't imagine what a wax pepper facial creme would do. I had to soak my hands in milk just from peeling the skins off the poblanos.

    Jorjeta, your comment is funnier attributed to your screen name. I wish I could send you some of the spicy hummus we made. Almost too spicy, but not quite. Besides, after 5 years in NY, I'm not as white as I used to be.
